Greeting Cards: Single cards are shipped regular letter mail, with no tracking information

Orders ship within 2 business days via USPS First Class Mail

Invitations: Orders are processed within 10 business days and ship from Bronx, NY by USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final and cannot be exchanged once the order has shipped. If your package is damaged during shipping, please email a photo of the damaged order to monique@paperiebymj.com within five business days. Orders will be replaced once proof is verified.

Custom Orders

All custom orders require a $50 upfront design fee. The cost of printing and paper is an additional charge based on quantity. Orders will NOT be sent to print without approval and final payment. Orders sent to print cannot be cancelled. Custom orders are shipped within 10 business days after final approval.

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be refunded.
